Governance

Gobierno (Governance) gathers on the menu rail what you need to answer three questions without piecing anything together by hand: what data did the AI see?, how much are we spending? and who did what, and when? It covers the whole organization, not one environment. Opening it requires the audit read permission.

PageWhat it is for
Gobierno de IA (AI governance)Every call to a model and which personal data was replaced by placeholders before sending it.
Consumo de IA (AI usage)AI and document-reading spend: what is included in the plan and what runs on your own account.
Auditoría (Audit)The record of changes and actions by people, robots and Zoan Cloud itself.
Retención de datos (Data retention)How long each kind of data stays active, whether it is archived (in Zoan Cloud or your container) or deleted when that time is up, and the full organization export. Has its own read permission.
Datos personales (Personal data)Handle a person who asks for their data to be erased: search, erase or anonymize, archived data included, with a PDF certificate. Requires the data_subject:manage permission.

Shows every call that assistants, robots and schema drafts made to a language model, and how many personal data items were protected in each one. Counts are stored, never values: you know two emails and an ID number were hidden, without that data being kept anywhere else.

  • Cards: Llamadas (Calls), Con enmascarado (Masked), Datos protegidos (Protected data) and Por tipo (By type).
  • Filters: date range, source (Robots, Asistentes, Borradores de esquema) and Solo sin enmascarar (Unmasked only), to quickly find calls that went out without protection.
  • Table: date, source, assistant or process, model, spend, how many items were protected and how many were restored in the answer.
  • Exportar CSV (Export CSV) to hand the detail to whoever asks.

The masking policy is set for the whole organization under Administración › Organización y SSO, and each assistant can fine-tune it per tool.

See AI usage: period spend, plan budget, conversations, calls, transcribed audio and document pages, broken down by origin, assistant, process, flow, model and channel.

The Bitácora (Log) records who created, changed, published, ran, approved or deleted something, with date, actor, entity, folder and environment. What Zoan Cloud does on its own shows up as Sistema (System).

  • Filter by Tipo entidad (Entity type), Tipo evento (Event type) and folder (including Raíz del ambiente, the environment root).
  • Open an event to see all its details and its identifier.
  • Exportar (Export) downloads the filtered log as CSV or JSON, with an optional Desde/Hasta (From/To) range, to take it to your own system. You can also pull it through the API (GET /v1/audit-events).
  • The log is kept for 2 years on the platform; after that it is archived according to Data retention.

Organization owners and administrators also see the Actividad / Seguridad (Activity / Security) tab, with API calls: action, actor, status and endpoint.
