Monitoring boards

Each Centro (Center) tab opens on its Monitoreo (Monitoring) board: at a glance you know whether everything is fine and, if not, where to go. Boards follow the selected folder, so each area sees its own. The flow and assistant boards are covered in Monitor and incidents and AI assistants.

Robots › Monitoring

Section titled “Robots › Monitoring”

Shows the current month for the environment’s (or folder’s) robots.

CardWhat it says
Ejecuciones del mes (Executions this month)How many ran and how many failed.
Tasa de éxito (Success rate)Completed over total; green from 90 %, amber from 70 %.
Ahora (Now)How many are running and how many are queued.
Máquinas conectadas (Connected machines)How many of your machines are online and how many disconnected.

Below:

  • Ejecuciones por día (Executions per day), completed and failed, broken down Por tipo (by type: unattended, attended, headless), Por proceso (by process) and Por mes (by month).
  • Robots ahora (Robots now): each machine with its platform, what it is running and how many sessions it runs at once. Zoan Cloud shows as a single row.
  • Últimas fallas (Latest failures): the five most recent with their message; Ver todas (See all) opens the failed executions.
  • Próximos disparos (Upcoming triggers): which triggers run soon and which process they launch.
  • Colas con trabajo (Queues with work): queues with pending items, separating system from business exceptions; Ver colas (See queues) takes you to all of them.

Inside a folder, the machine card, Robots ahora and Colas con trabajo are hidden, since they belong to the whole environment.

IDP › Monitoring

Section titled “IDP › Monitoring”

Shows how documents arrive and get validated in your extraction projects. Pick the Período (Period: 7, 30 or 90 days) and, if you have several, the Proyecto (Project).

If documents are waiting for a person, a band at the top tells you how many, since when, and that their data doesn’t move on to the process until someone reviews them. Revisar ahora (Review now) takes you to them.

Por validar (To validate)How many are waiting for review.
Validados (Validated)How many passed on their own and how many a person reviewed (and with how many corrections).
Confianza de lectura (Reading confidence)Average confidence of the fields read and the percentage flagged for review.

Below:

  • Documentos que llegan, por día (Documents arriving per day): received and still to validate.
  • Por qué esperan revisión (Why they await review): Datos con dudas (uncertain data), Revisión siempre (always reviewed) or Muestra de control (control sample).
  • Por proyecto (By project): received, to validate, validated, pages, confidence, the Precisión medida (measured accuracy) against your reference set and a Revisar (Review) link.
  • Por tipo de documento (By document type).

That way you know whether a project needs more examples, a different threshold or more people validating.
