Tenant settings
The Settings menu groups personal configuration (your profile and password) and organization configuration (name and security). What you can edit depends on your permissions.
My profile
Section titled “My profile”Available to all users:
- First name and Last name: reflected immediately in the portal, with no need to sign in again.
- Roles: read-only — shows the roles assigned to you.
Change password
Section titled “Change password”Available to all users. It asks for the current password, the new one and its confirmation. The new one must be at least 8 characters.
Organization
Section titled “Organization”- Name: your organization’s display name. Editing it requires the
tenant:updatepermission (typically the tenant owner or admin). - Slug: unique identifier in the URL (
your-slug.nexus...). It is read-only. - Status: tenant status (
active,suspended).
Security — Idle session logout
Section titled “Security — Idle session logout”It sets how many minutes of inactivity may pass before the session closes automatically and the user is returned to the sign-in screen. It protects against forgotten sessions on shared machines.

The change applies immediately to your current session and to the others on their next reload. Inactivity is measured by absence of interaction (keyboard, mouse, navigation); any activity resets the counter.
