The Zoan Cloud menu
The Zoan Cloud menu is ordered by what you want to do: handle what you are asked for, run your area’s automation and keep an eye on rules and spend. Each person only sees what their role, their license and the plan allow, so the menu is not cluttered with pages you cannot open.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- The rail (the strip on the left) shows the capabilities. Click one to open its panel; click it again to fold the panel and leave only the rail.
- The environment is picked at the top right, under Ambiente (Environment). Panels that work per environment say so («Ambiente · name»). When you switch environments you stay on the same page, now showing the other environment’s data.
- Counters. Tareas (Tasks) shows how many you have pending; in the Centro (Center), tabs flag failed executions, flow incidents, conversations and documents to validate.
- Shortcuts. Star any page and it appears on Inicio (Home), one click away. Inicio also lists your latest pages under Recientes (Recent). They are stored in your browser.
- On a phone, the capabilities sit in a bar at the bottom and Buscar o ir a… (Search or go to…) opens the search.

Your profile, your password and two-factor authentication are under your avatar, at the bottom of the rail, in Mi cuenta (My account). Next to it is Descargar aplicaciones (Download apps).
The Center
Section titled “The Center”The Centro (Center) is where automation is run. Its panel shows the environment’s folder tree: the root is the whole environment and each folder is an area (Finance, HR, Collections…). When you pick a folder, the tabs show only that folder’s items; when you pick the root, you see everything you are allowed to see in the environment.
At the top, tabs group the pages. Each tab opens on its monitoring board:

Máquinas, Paquetes and Credenciales globales belong to the environment or the organization, not to a folder.
Search or go to… (Ctrl+K)
Section titled “Search or go to… (Ctrl+K)”Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac) or Buscar (Search) on the rail, type part of a page’s name and press Enter. Move with ↑ and ↓; Esc closes it.
- It searches the pages you can open, not your data.
- Accents and capital letters don’t matter.
- It understands old names and some synonyms: type «orquestaciones», «instancias», «Integration Hub», «AI Workflows», «triggers», «agentes», «entornos», «áreas», «ajustes», «RAG» or «IDP» and you land on today’s page.

Links you already saved keep working: page addresses did not change. If you open the organization settings without permission to change them, you are taken to Mi cuenta.
